Raoul Gransier is the Founder and Principal of G&A, established in Vienna in 2011.
He is a senior hospitality executive and advisor with more than 25 years of international experience across hotel and resort operations, portfolio leadership, owner representation, and complex transition mandates.

Raoul leads G&A engagements personally, acting as Principal and Project Coordinator, and assembles senior, domain-specific advisors as required.
G&A operates exclusively in hospitality and mixed-use environments, supporting owners, boards, investors, and institutions where clarity of mandate, authority, and accountability are critical.
