Raoul Gransier is the Founder and Principal of Gransier & Associates (G&A), established in Vienna in 2011.
He is a senior hospitality executive with more than 25 years of experience across hotel and resort operations, portfolio and multi-property leadership, owner representation, and complex transition and recovery mandates, including nearly 15 years through G&A (founded in 2011).

• Raoul leads G&A engagements personally, acting as Principal and single accountable counterpart, and assembles senior, domain-specific advisors as required. This model ensures clarity of mandate, authority, and accountability from assignment definition through delivery.
• G&A operates exclusively in hospitality and mixed-use environments, supporting owners, boards, investors, and institutions in situations where alignment is required between operational performance, governance discipline, and investment readiness.
• Engagements typically arise during openings, restructuring, underperformance, or strategic inflection points, and are delivered through clearly governed leadership models rather than blended or advisory-only roles.
