If a hotel owner desires to sell their hotel, G&A can introduce capital investors.
G&A will facilitate the process until transaction-of-sale.
G&A provides operational and technical due diligence, feasibility studies, discounted cash flow forecasting, and exit-sale assistance in cooperation with RICS™ accredited real-estate brokers.
Hotels must be in key European cities or holiday destinations near an international all-year airport.
They must be 3–5-star hotels that lack CAPEX and are underperforming versus their comp-set.
Owners who would like us to facilitate an exit sale must demonstrate their ownership of land and title, possess the required licences, be freestanding, and ensure that the object of sale is free from legal proceedings.
Our services are offered only for existing operating hotels (no development/land projects).
