Raoul Gransier is the Founder and Principal of Gransier & Associates (G&A), established in Vienna in 2011.

He is a senior hospitality executive with more than 30 years of international experience across hotel and resort operations, portfolio and multi-property leadership, owner representation, and complex transition, restructuring, and recovery mandates, including nearly 15 years leading G&A.

• Raoul leads every G&A engagement personally, acting as Principal and the single accountable counterpart to the client while assembling senior, domain-specific advisors where specialist expertise is required.
  This model ensures clarity of mandate, authority, and accountability from assignment definition through delivery.
• G&A operates exclusively in hospitality and mixed-use environments, supporting owners, boards, investors, lenders, and institutions where stronger operational performance, governance discipline, and investment readiness are required.
• Engagements typically arise during pre-openings, restructuring, underperformance, refinancing, ownership transition, or other strategic inflection points.
  They are delivered through clearly defined leadership and governance models rather than blended consulting or advisory-only roles.
